  Nach einigen Versuchen und Schriftwechseln mit anderen Verfahren und der Fluggesellschaft, habe ich die SÖP eingeschaltet. Ich musste einmal meine Angaben machen, meine Forderungshöhe eingeben, und jetzt nach sechs Wochen, habe ich meine volle Forderung bekommen.   I had a dispute with Lufthansa on flight delays. Lufthansa cited extraordinary circumstances to defend their position of not providing any compensation and in fact, any evidence to substantiate their claim. The client services of Lufthansa had no interest in answering any further query after I had shown evidece of their rotation problems. In the end, I was forced to contact SOP. SOP offered excellent legal analysis of my complaint, which brought Lufthsansa to reconsider its position! Highly recommend!
