Finding solutions together: We help with problems between travelers and companies.
Free of charge for travelers. Simple for everyone.
What do we do?
We help people who have had problems with a transportation company, e.g.:
- On a flight
- With the train
- With the subway, S-Bahn, or bus
What is Mediation?
Mediation can help in a dispute. For example, if you want money from a transportation company that doesn’t want to pay, or that doesn’t respond. We can help. We speak with the company and try to find a solution together. Mediation is always voluntary and free of charge for travelers.
Good to know!
The mediation service is neutral. This means: We want to understand both sides and find a good solution for everyone.
