What do we do?

We help people who have had problems with a transportation company, e.g.:
  • On a flight
  • With the train
  • With the subway, S-Bahn, or bus

What is Mediation?

Mediation can help in a dispute. For example, if you want money from a transportation company that doesn’t want to pay, or that doesn’t respond. We can help. We speak with the company and try to find a solution together. Mediation is always voluntary and free of charge for travelers.
