Finding solutions together – Schlichtungsstelle Reise & Verkehr e.V. ensures that as many travellers and companies as possible reach amicable agreements in the event of disputes: with precision, empathy and efficiency.
Unforeseen events such as a cancelled flight, a delayed train or lost luggage often give rise to complaints.
Have you complained to a company and received no response or a response you were not satisfied with? Then you are welcome to submit a conciliation request to us.
You can submit your conciliation request conveniently online here – not only for air travel but also for rail, long-distance coach, public transport, package tours or boat trips.
Our work at Schlichtungsstelle Reise & Verkehr e.V. is characterised by a great deal of room for personal initiative and participation. The respectful exchange of ideas and our collegial cooperation also inspire us to better achieve our common goal of successful conciliation.
